The month of November is going to be a very special one at the Fiction General Discussion forum. We are very excited to welcome to the board # 1 New York Times Bestselling author Iris Johansen. Her Eve Duncan series is enjoyed by millions of fans and garners new fans with every novel in the series. We are very excited to be featuring for the month of November Eve. Eve is the first in a trilogy dedicated to the disappearance of Eve’s Daughter Bonnie, how it brought Joe Quinn in her life and the events that lead up to today. The series continues with Quinn and culminates with Bonnie which actually releases tomorrow October 18, 2011. You don’t need to have read any of the previous books in the series to enjoy not only Eve but the entire trilogy but I guarantee that you will want to go back to the beginning and fill in all the blanks.
And I’m truly honored that Ms. Johansen has put aside time in her very busy schedule to spend a week with us from Wednesday November 2nd through Tuesday November 8th Ms. Johansen will be visiting the forum to chat with us, answer questions and talk about this exciting trilogy. So mark your calendars.
Also airing October 30th on The Lifetime Network at 8pm Eastern, Ms. Johansen’s novel The Killing Game has been adapted for TV, with encore presentations on October 31st and November 2nd, check your local listing for times in your area. The Killing Game is based on the second novel in the Eve Duncan series and first published in 2000 and still available today.
Ms. Johansen’s writing career spans decades starting in the early 1980s and still going strong today not only with her Eve Duncan series but many stand-alones and beginning in 2008 she has collaborated with her son Roy and published three exciting thrillers starting with Silent Thunder, if you enjoy edge of your seat action, adventure and a great tale check these out while you also check out any or all of Ms. Johansen’s other titles.
