I think this ear worm must have come from the Jose Cuervo.  (And they "say" the tequila worm is just a myth.)

A couple of nights ago a co-worker started singing, "John Jacob Jingle Heimer Smith" because we had a patient with a somewhat similar name. I almost went insane with that song running through my head for 6 hours. Cripes! Now that I've typed it, it's starting an unending loop as I type! AAARHG!!

Great thread! I always have a song stuck in my head, and I sing out loud all the time, much to the disgust of those around me, haha. Right now, I can't stop thinking about the new Horrible Crowes single, Behold the Hurricane. The single is available, and it's beyond amazing. Earlier, the Sam Cooke version of This Litttle Light of Mine was on mental repeat. A kid in the women's fiction series I'm writing was singing it, and that was a moment that stuck in my head for some reason.
