SOOOOO frustrated right now, tried to download a Nook book for my daughter on her Pandigital Novel and it won't let me open it. I have tried to re-enter the CC#, log out, sync, different credit card, you name it and it still won't work. Then tried to follow the tech support advice of sideloading the book, that didn't work either still asked me for the information and it still didn't work. HELP!!!!!!! Someone who knows what they are doing please HELP!!!!!

Be sure the name that you are entering matches what's on the actual credit card. It took me a few times to realize it doesn't use your B&N name or email address in any way. Once I did that, I was able to open B&N books on other readers.

Books are encrypted with the default credit card that is active when the books are downloaded.
Leave out any middle initials in the name.

Something similar happened on my mom's Nook Color. The only way I got all the sideloaded books to open was to touch AND HOLD the book icon, then choose Open from the menu on the following page.
That procedure worked fine for about 2 months. Then, last week, even that procedure would not open the books, no matter how many times we enter the name and CC information.
