I just purchased a new ebook (From Colony to Superpower). I know it's fairly long, and even on my high-end desktop, the file takes a while to open up, but at least on my PC I can open it.
On my NST the book shows the cover in the library, and shows it downloaded. I try to open it, and it takes me to the cover screen, sits there for 4-5 minutes, then takes me right back to whatever page I attempted to open it from. When I view it in the home screen it shows "Page 1 of 1".
I've erased/registered the nst 3 times. I've attempted to archive/unarchive the book six or seven times, both from the NST itself, and from the webpage, but nothing fixes the issue. I really want to read this book, and I'm getting frustrated. I hope you fine people can help.
If it helps, when I download the book onto my PC, it opens in the Nook PC software just fine.
And the ebook on the NST did this before I downloaded the PC software. I downloaded that software to see if it was a general problem with the ebook.
Also, all my other books work, whether sideloaded or direct. I have also, to be thorough, attempted to get the book to open properly by sideloading it. That didn't work either.
Some basic info:
NST, v 1.1.2

Okay. So there was no answer. The book didn't work on the tech support side either, so they refunded it. Still not sure what happened, but c'est la vie.
Thanks to all for the help.
