Hi,
My Nook Simple Touch has turned completely unresponsive:
- screen stays on screensaver image
- when connecting charger, light turns green. No change in behavior after overnight charging
- no response to the long press on power button
- when connecting to Windows PC, the device manager shows 'unknown device OMAP3630' for a few seconds, it then disappears and shows up again a few seconds later. This continues as long as Nook is connected
Is there any way to reset the Nook? Has anyone seen similar problems?

First, make sure your N2E is unlocked (i.e. not on the screensaver) when you plug it in via USB to your computer.
The computer should recognize it then. Then remove it using the normal methods for removing an external device for your version of Windows. This might clear it up.
