Same prob/Pandigital/Nook Books

I am having the same prob as many I see is having. My books are not able to be opened on my pandigital due to it asking me for my name and my CC#. I have so many things and still not opening. I even did the spaces and nothing. I need help. Please advise anyone.

Have you tried signing in to your Barnes and Noble account at bn.com using your email and password? Then check your account information. You will see the name and credit card that is on the account there. Let me know how this works.
