What happened to my magazines?

I subscribed to Analog and Asimovs about 18 months ago.  The other day I noticed that several issues of Analog had been archived, which I certainly do not recall doing, so I unarchived them. 

I had 15 issues of each magazine.  Today I have 11 issues of each.  All of the 2012 issues except the current ones are gone.  They are not archived.  They're just gone.

I would like them all back, please.  I certainly was not told of any limits to how many I may keep.  I wish to keep all of them.

You have to archive magazines at least once to keep them forever.

Otherwise after a certain number of issues, or after a certain time period, they will be deleted.
