Why does the title of the book I am currently reading no longer appear at the top of each page?

The title of the book did show at the top of each page in a book I was reading.  Why has this been discontinued?  I really miss it!  Any possibility it can be brought back into use?  Please!

This used to happen sometimes in the original software version, but if you tap to see the time or use any of the book options it would go away.  I (and others) had thought that the title going away was a bug, but it seems B&N felt that the title NOT going away was the bug, and "fixed" it in a subsequent release.

 

You can still see the title if you tap in the center of the screen (but of course it will go away on your next page turn).
