Here are a few sites that help writers meet each other (your best critiquer will be another writer), and let you post your work for critique:

http://www.critters.org/

http://www.criticular.com/

You can also join a professional organization for your genre.  They often offer services to help writers find critique groups in their area or online, and this way you know you're connecting with others who want to read the type of work you're writing.

You might want to try the Writing Room. http://bookclubs.barnesandnoble.com/t5/Writing-Room/bd-p/writingfiction

Oops. Never mind. I just discovered that group's being eliminated.
