How does someone contact B&N management about nook problems, when customer service nor store personnel are able to help? There is an issue with the original nook and the 'read in store' feature. I (and others) have been to multiple stores and experienced an "Unexpected error" trying to connect to the server for this feature ofor over a month's time. All other 'in store' features seem to work. Read in store seems to work for N2E and Color. Upper management should be aware that they are losing cafe business and potential newer nook purchases because a promised feature has ceased to be operational.
