I Just Need Nook App for iPad 2!!!!!!

How can I get the Nook reader app FROM ANYWHERE ELSE THAN THE APP STORE??? It's making me crazy. we are Americans living in Canada. I bought a B&N membership, and eBooks from B&N but because my App Srore Account has me down as living in Canada, it limits my access for downloading. Funny, I can buy the eBooks no problem, but I can't get the bloody app to read them!!!!! Does this make sense to anyone?.. Please, someone, anyone: tell me where I can download it and how to install it on my iPad 2, from anywhere else than the stupid App Store! P.S. has anyone else noticed that eBook prices, if bought through the App Store are MUCH higher than from B&N?

Unless you jailbreak your iPad/iPad2 (an operation I would NOT recommend) then you can only get apps from Apples App Store for the device.

Dragsville. I was hoping that on my next trip across the border I could plig in at a B&N store and get it. It's maddening.
