What happened to my NY Times subscription?

I bought the NY Times subscription with the free Nook Simple Touch and was recieving the NY Times digital Nook subscription for two days before it disapeared... I've called customer service about a problem with the subscription in the past (when the NY Times was being sent to my husbands Nook instead of mine and they corrected it) but I'm having problems again! Can someone offer some help here? I'm getting pretty frustrated with the whole situation. On top of that I've been unable to access the NY Times online with my BN account info. It just say's that there's no account with the info provided.... ![]()
