undeliverable as addressed what am I suppose to do?

Hello everybody
I have a big problem My nook simple touch supposed to be here by now but there's a problem in a delivery process
My order appeared to be "undeliverable as addressed"
What am I suppose to do ? I already sent an e-mail to b&n but no responese.
I lived in Thailand But I have it send to my cousin address.
Help please sorry for my poor English

B&N customer service e-mail is low-priority and is best for non-specific, general issues.
If you have a problem with your particular order, it is best to call them. Unfortunately, being outside the US, this may mean incurring toll charges.
Also, be aware, since this device is intended for the US market only, if your cousin is also outside the US, B&N may be blocking the shipping address as "undeliverable" for that reason. (Not 100% sure on this.)
Best route is to call them. 201-559-3882 (plus whatever you do to international call the US). They are open 9 a.m. to 11 p.m EST. So figure in the inconvenience of the time difference, too. Despite being on the Internet, B&N is not an international company.

My cousin Live in CA
I think that there's a high chance that B&N Forget to put my cousin address line.
The question is will I get A refund ?
