Nook tablet SDcard will it change

bren-lee; you really posted this in an obscure place...  Adding a Micro SD card to your Nook will not change it's operation or apperance.  You will have two places to store documents, pictures, music and movies.  Both the file structure in Main Memory "Nook" and the SD Card will be the same.  When you connect your Nook to a computer two storage locations will show up giving you the choice of placing files in Main Memory or on the SD Card.
