The recipes in this book make the best breads I have ever tasted. I am new to the world of baking but this book (DVD included) is great for bakers of all skill levels. Richard Bertinet shows in the DVD how the French knead bread and his technique produces the lightest airiest bread I have ever baked. He doesn't just give you some recipes with instructions, the first part of the book is dedicated to instructing the reader on the ins and outs of bread baking. He takes you through all of the essential ingredients and has an index in the back on the brands and types he recommends. Whether you are an expert baker or someone just starting out this book has lots to offer and many good breads to be made.
