Hello All!!  I am Lisa and live in NC.  I am a teacher and an avid reader.  I have always had a book or 3 that I am currently reading.  I have passed on my love of reading to my daughter and G-daughter!  I have a varied library and will read many genres.  I look forward to being introduced to new books here!

As an actress myself, the book that has had me most active in regards to working out scenes and generating ideas has been "Rowan of the Wood' by Christine and Ethan Rose. You can

find it right here on Barnes and Noble. Some of the scenes might have you laughing out loud because it blends humour with the sadness and adventure.

Hi! I'm new at this posting things.  I signed up with B&N awhile back and then life swallowed me up!  I think the explorers are a great group from the posts I've read. I've been looking for people to talk about books.  I'm so glad to be here.  I find that i am often reading different books and authors from what people I know are reading. I don't know if anyone knows this,(I am sure someone does), that you can look up in your computer and put in your neighborhood and it will show you where all pedophiles live in your area and their names etc. I can't remember the site but I am sure you could find it on google. When my kids were little I checked it out and was shocked to see that there were 2 and we lived in a nice area.

Like most here I am an avid reader, as well as a lover of music, and a teacher.  I'm a 25 year-old North Carolinian and whenever there is a spot of free time in my schedule I pull out a book.  There probably isn't enough time in this life to read all that I wish to read, but I will certainly try!
