New Books for 2008!

Does anyone have an interesting read for 2008?

I have heard of a book called "Ask!" coming out later this summer. The website is www.littlebookofquestions.com. That is all I know. Has anyone else ever hear anything about it?

Secondly, I am a real big fan of Self Help books and am looking for motivational books to kick start '08 right.

Any suggestions?

Hi MikeJ,

Taking a cue from the book, how did you happen to hear about it?

Maria!

Apparently that Ask! think does work! :smileywink: I heard the book mentioned on a radio station in Louisiana and wrote down the website IN my car, IN traffic, on the back of a business card.

I forgot about it (actually, gave the business card away by mistake!) until I saw him speak at a book club in Los Angeles on the 14th of February. He was thought provoking.

MikeJ:  I went through a self-help phase a while back.  Titles from that period are not coming to mind right now.  These days I really enjoy looking through, and reading much of Oprah's O Magazine.  Each issue has a whole lot of writing that falls into the self-help/motivational category.  Many of the article authors are famous or fairly well known authors, and it's a good way to discover them.  The magazine also has a great books section, and recommended reads.  I'll look into this topic some more and get back to you.  Any specific type of self-help you're looking for?  tgem
