The book in general

Well, it's obvious that this discussion never got underway. But I have finally finished the book (it was my "throne room" book and so only got a bit of reading each day), and an enjoyable read it indeed was.

I wonder whether others have finished it also, are still reading, or have given it up? I am ready to make a comment on my more favorite and less favorite characters, but I don't want to say anything revealing here if there are folks still reading it.
