The Digital Copy, however, will not play on unauthorized devices due to DRM (Digital Rights Management) copy protection. Unfortunately the Android devices have not get a license to play DRM contents, which means Digital Copy movies will not even play on an Android tablet or smartphone. It does allow streaming anyway. This means you can stream Digital Copy to an Android device like the Nook Tablet you mentioned or PS3.
Finally, if you really need to put Digital Copy to your Nook Color for personal use, the DRM remover ChewTune will make free digital copy out of DRM-protected contents. I find a detailed thread about this, you can refer to the guide here.

Ok this was a really old question which by now I am sure the OP had answered. You have no idea if they were talking about a movie with DRM or not so the answer really is yes, but not those with DRM.
At this point I think the person posting about stripping DRM may be trying to get users to go to some questionable sites.
By now most of us have found software that will allow us to convert DVDs or even other already digital copies of movies for use on the NC. DVD Catalyst is one example.
Just pointing this out since this question was posted in June.
