Going in circles with print edition subscription discounts

[ Edited ]

I subscribed to Wired Magazine in December, using the two week free trial. At that time, I was notified that I would be sent an email with instructions for entering a code to continue to receive the electronic edition free so long as I continue my paid print subscription. I have received the email from Wired with the code to enter. I never received a corresponding email from B&N. I operate my own mail server, and I have confirmed that no messages from B&N were filtered.

I finally located and reviewed the Top NOOK book FAQwherein it states:

If I currently subscribe to the print edition of an ePeriodical, can I receive a discount?

Yes, some publishers offer print subscribers a discount on NOOK subscriptions for as long as the subscriptions to both editions, print & digital, remain active.

How do I redeem my discount if I currently subscribe to the print edition?

If you are currently a NOOK subscriber to an ePeriodical that offers a discount for print subscribers, simply visit MY ACCOUNT and access MANAGE DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTIONS. From there you will see a link to verify your print subscription information. You'll need to provide your print subscription account number, which is typically found on your magazine's mailing label. If you are not yet a NOOK subscriber, you will be prompted to verify your print subscription data after your NOOK order is confirmed.

I have gone into my account, and although there is no Manage Digital Subscriptions option, I was able to locate My Account->Digital Managment->Manage Subscriptions. From there, I can select Wired->Manage Subscription. There, I only see an option to cancel the subscription, and I have no way of entering my redemption code.
I have been charged for the January issue.
I would appreciate specific instructions on how to enter the Wired redemption code, continue my subscription, and not be charged for future issues.
Thank you.
