Having Trouble Opening Library Books on Nook

I recently borrowed a book from the library and went through all the steps with adobe digital. When I try to open the book on my nook it keeps saying Error Dialog Loan token not found. Can anyone please tell me what that means and how to fix it? Thanks

I was having the same issue. I finally got it to work by authorizing my computer and my Nook simple touch to the same Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) account and following these steps.  You have to see the library book show up in the ADE.  Plug your Nook into your computer and wait for it to appear on the side in Library view.  Drag you book you want on your Nook from your items/borrowed/purchased to your nook.  My borrowed book had a 14 day banner on it, and when I had tried doing it outside the ADE program, through my computer and my downloads it didn't have the banner and I was recieving the loan token error message.  Hope this helps you

I got the same error.

bring up the book on digitaleditions and just drag the book to "my nook color"

it worked fine after that.

Thank You so much. No one has been able to help me with this, online support, in store or the library. I'm so glad I googled the error message and found this. I was to the point of returning my Nook ! You saived the day. Thanks again.
