I need help! My NOOKbook isn't 'shipping'.

So I bought this NOOKbook for my Nook app on my iPhone and it wont ship! There are not problems like this on the question page...and I tried downloading it to my iPhone but it wouldnt work!

First, check the product page.

Not all books are available for all devices/apps. Most Nook Comics are only available for Nook Color or Tablet, for example.

Also, make sure you are on the latest version of the iPhone app.

If these are not the problem, I'd call CS ASAP.
