For myself, No.
I have encountered some people who have told me that they would never read a certain book because they felt it was immoral, goes against their religious principles, un-American, or they think a book has an agenda that it is promoting.

Well for me, I don't read much if any autobiographys or biographys, Not to say there's not interesting people that write these stories but, I am a fiction reader. I also don't like reading religionious books on either side of issues, because they are designed to taint your belief one way or the other. Only religionious book I read is the bible.

Thus far I have refused to read any if the Twilight books. Nothing to do with my morals, spiritual beliefs, etc I just think it is a children's book and I am an adult. I may end up breaking down and reading it though just because everyone else in the world seems to have done so!

I'm almost 19 and I haven't read Twightlight. I don't like how vampires are being protrayed in a lot of the vampire fiction these days. When did it become appealing to have a creature that sole purpose is to suck your blood and turn you into one of them as a boyfriend? It doesn't make sense at all.

Nah, never say never...I've found with my Nook and the free books, that there are types that I'd never thought I'd like (like Harlequin type things...now thanks to Susan Wiggs, I'm hooked).
I too don't generaly like biographies, but I won't rule one out...it all depends on how it is written, and how that writing style appeals to me...I like to open up my mind to various ideas and thoughts, and see what's the big deal or not (critical thinking class had me reading all from St. Thomas Aquinas to Marx and understanding the logic and the fallacies in each argument)...and I like seeing many sides to the puzzle, so I ty to get some books that I don't always agree with (but not very often, I admit)

Sure. Here are a couple:
Actually, I guess I am fairly uninterested in books written by politicians or political books in general.

@Dulcinea I am with you on the Palin books! I would also never read
or ANYTHING by Glenn Beck or Ann Coulter. These choices are due to my morals and values!

Don't bother. They're marginally better than the movies, but not worth the time and only worth the money if they're borrowed. The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner was surprisingly good considering how poorly written the actual series is.
BUT, I (obviously) have no issues with adults reading children's books. (One I'm currently reading is clearly for a child.) When they're well-written, they serve - for me - the worthwhile purpose of helping me to get in touch with my inner-child, and all the good that comes with it. I see the world in a better light, I see people with kinder eyes, I regain a little hope.
Edited: I forgot the OP. Off the top of my head I can't really think of any specific book that I would absolutely not read. Like two previous posters, I'm unlikely to read anything written by Sarah Palin - as I have little respect for her as a public figure, less as a politician, and don't care much to know about her personal life. I may read Decision Points because, while I disagree politically with pretty much everything he stands for, am appalled that he allowed himself to be portrayed as dumber than a box of rocks, President Bush was president during the most significant events in American History that I've lived through.
I'm also unlikely to read any book written by a celebrity, who was published solely for her celebrity. If someone recommends one, I'll change my mind, but I can't see myself reading something written by Lauren Conrad, Hilary Duff, Ethan Hawke. I have read Anthony Bourdain's nonfiction and some of his fiction and literally cried from laughing so hard...

I have to agree with not being able to stomach Glen Beck, Anne Coulter type books. I have tried to read a few because I always believe you should hear/read the othersode to try to understand. I have never been able to make it through though.

Ditto on the Twilight series.
