Certainly some good points. I do think it's important to remember that the USA is not the only major market. In Europe and Asia where Apple and Amazon are less dominating maybe they can find their place. Samsung might have a lot to say about that of course.

They definitely seem to "get" what business they're in, unlike B&N:

I do have to wonder about the high end devices, but at least they're keeping the focus on reading.
