Since 1997, you’ve been coming to BarnesandNoble.com to discuss everything from Stephen King to writing to Harry Potter. You’ve made our site more than a place to discover your next book: you’ve made it a community. But like all things internet, BN.com is growing and changing. We've said goodbye to our community message boards—but that doesn’t mean we won’t still be a place for adventurous readers to connect and discover.

Now, you can explore the most exciting new titles (and remember the classics) at the Barnes & Noble Book Blog. Check out conversations with authors like Jeff VanderMeer and Gary Shteyngart at the B&N Review, and browse write-ups of the best in literary fiction. Come to our Facebook page to weigh in on what it means to be a book nerd. Browse digital deals on the NOOK blog, tweet about books with us,or self-publish your latest novella with NOOK Press. And for those of you looking for support for your NOOK, the NOOK Support Forums will still be here.

We will continue to provide you with books that make you turn pages well past midnight, discover new worlds, and reunite with old friends. And we hope that you’ll continue to tell us how you’re doing, what you’re reading, and what books mean to you.

Re: Mister Nobody - What is Your Movie Review and Discussion Requests?

Mister Nobody here... anyone who wants recommendations, reviews or wants to discuss a genre film just reply to this thread with those requests.  I love talking about all kinds of genre films and no topic is too taboo.  I hope to hear from lots of folks about what their favorite horror movie of all time is, or that mystery movie you watch over and over again.

Re: Mister Nobody - What is Your Movie Review and Discussion Requests?

Mister_Nobody, my brother gave me "The Human Centipede" for Christmas.  I liked the movie and couldn't help but imagine doing that operational procedure to three people that were mean to me.  Many people are turned off with this movie but it did not bother me.  Do you have an opinion on "The Human Centipede?"

Re: Mister Nobody - What is Your Movie Review and Discussion Requests?

Interesting film, indeed.  A friend of mine recommended it to me and it took me awhile to make myself watch it (this happened once before with "Hatchet" a few years ago), but finally I sat down to view.  Disturbing is the best word to describe.  This kind of horror movie is not my favorite, but it was original I will give it that.  Whether I like a film like this or not I do give the films credit for pushing the envelope and trying something new.  "The Human Centipede" is one of those films I can appreciate for the artistic slant it took and the originality, but I probably wouldn't watch it again.
