I regret that many have watered down Freedom of Speech to mean liscense for vulgarity. We are free to elevate ourselves through sharing lofty, rational ideas, and instead people are using it as a facilitator in the race for the bottom
I'm sorry but I'm rather confused as to what you are referring to. Are you seeing people using vulgar language here at the Book Clubs or on My B&N pages? If so, please flag it as abuse and I will take a look at it! There is a link to report abuse in every post in the Book Clubs, and on My B&N pages and book reviews if you click on "flag this item" it will trigger an alert and we'll check into the matter.

Ok, I hope I'm getting all this correctly formatted so bear with me! I'm new to B&N and I'm here because (in the midsts of an insane happy dance) B&N will be listing some more of my books!!!!
You can find me under my REAL NAME--Tamela Quijas and my books (paranormal romance, contemporary romance and a cook book) are listed under the same name.
Please stop by and consider saying hi, it would mean so much!

Okay I'm confused. I'm in First Look and I don't see any avatars with the messages.
And when I go to My Profile I can't find any link to an icon folder, image folder, gallery, etc.
Where are they hidden?

I would to say that I am very impress with Barnes and Nobles. They are serious about reading and books. I think that the Nook is sooooo coool.............I am going to purchase one for myself for Christmas. Technology is moving and it sure is moving globally. Woow! I never would think that I can just sit to my desk and purchase a book. Now that is just simply amazing!!

Hello everyone. New to this and reading. For the most part I read a lot of my school required reading for classes in undergrad (history major) and graduate (education MA). But now that i live in a city, i have plenty of time to read during travel. So started up this my B&N and hope to get some really good recommendations on books.
