Thanks for the laurel. Right back at you.

I'm using FF9 also, in my case on Vista32, and I've never seen what you described. It's possible that the interaction of a poorly behaved FF plugin with the site is to blame. (There are, of course, thousands of FF plugins, some of them better than others.)

OTOH, yes, Lithium is definitely buggy.

Re: Some quick questions about MyNOOK.com...

How often do you use MyNOOK.com?

Not very often.  It provides me with very little utility that I need.

Do you find it easy to locate? Navigate?

It's easy enough to find and easy enough to navigate, but again, I have very little reason to go there.  I generally use it if I want to archive books since it tends to be easier and faster than from the device.  The magazine area could use some work, especially in managing and canceling subscriptions.  Although I've never had any problems with locating and canceling a subscription, others seem to have difficulties with this.

Are there any features that you would like to see changed? Added?

The ability to search my library.

The ability to create and manage shelves from the website that would transfer to the device and be able to specify which device.

Be able to specify which device to download a book or magazine.  It's ridiculous that everything downloads to all devices, including magazines that can't be read on those devices.  Why download a magazine that can only be read on NookColor to my NST or Nook for PC?  It just clutters it.

Quit giving me recommendations on free books I've downloaded.  I probably downloaded it because it was free.  I don't want recommendations based on that book, I probably haven't even read it.  Recommendations should be on books that I actually purchased, those I want.

Quit making me log into MyNook when I'm already logged into the site.

Link MyNook and the Wishlist, making it easier to change between the two.

If you don't use the My NOOK portal, why don't you?

I do use it, just not as frequently as I would like because it really doesn't provide much functionality.  I don't use Nook friends at all.

Re: Some quick questions about MyNOOK.com...

I use mynook.com about once every other week to archive books/magazines. Yes, it's easy to locate. Navigation depends on what you are doing on the site (see my next response). 2 features I would like added are the ability to make/manage shelves that would sync with all my nooks and the ability to search books in my library. It is a pain to have to scroll through 400 books/8 pages to find the one book I want to archive.

Re: Some quick questions about MyNOOK.com...

I use it maybe once or twice a week, that is where I like to archive and manage what B&N books and magazines are currently displayed on my nook.

It would make things so very much easier if It was searchable, if you have a large library it is aggravating to go through page after page to find what you are looking for.

Shelves that could sync with the nook would be great, especially if they were not lost when resetting or reregistering.

Purchased book not shown in MyNook.com

I purchased several books on Friday 2/3/12.

One of the books, Reswyt, is not visible to me on MyNook. It is visible and has successfully downloaded to my Nook Wifi/3G, my Nook Tablet, and Nook for PC. I tried archiving and unarchiving on all devices to see if the book would appear on MyNook in either the archived or active sections, but it still does not show up in the list.

Books purchased before and after this book on Friday are visible in MyNook. Books sampled and purchased since last Friday are also visible in MyNook. It is just this one book that is not visible. I have 500+ books in the active section and about 250 in the archive section. I thought I might have reached an unknown book limit for MyNook, but if that was true, then none of my newer purchases would show up.

This is a low priority problem since I do have access to the book to read it. I just thought the developers might want to look into the problem.

Overall I like MyNook. I wish that "sample books" was available as either a "show" or "filter". I sample almost every single book I buy first to make sure that I am satisfied with the way it looks first.

How often do you use MyNOOK.com?  I use it when I am at work and don't have access to wifi

Do you find it easy to locate? Navigate? yes

Are there any features that you would like to see changed? Added? I would like to be able to sorty my book  accordingly on each of the 3 nooks that I have on my account seperately & to archive from one but not another.  In other words I would like the ability to pin a book to a specific nook and label it in some manner as to notate that I have read the book or not.

If you don't use the My NOOK portal, why don't you?
