Little late to the party but just wanted to add that if the customer wants to upgrade after their warranty has expired and their device is defective, customers can pay 50 dollars for a Certified Pre-Owned Nook Simple Touch, 70 Dollars for a brand new Nook Simple Touch, or 139 Dollars for a Certified Pre-Owned Nook Color. At this time you are unable to upgrade from First Generation Nooks to the Tablet or Glowlight. This is what i remember from experience. If I said anything wrong, feel free to correct me.
