Web Site - Perusing New Releases

I love to come by the web site once and a while and check out the new releases for my Nook Color.  I even have a bookmark set to perform the search automatically (view all releases for Nook sorted by newest first).  Unfortunately, the results list is tainted by adult material that I would rather not see.  Is there any way to filter this out, or not display it at all?

Unfortunately, B&N does an awful job of categorizing books.  It isn't just erotica.  You try to do a search on Science Fiction and you'll get not just adult, but also mystery, romance, even old Sherlock Holmes books.  It would be nice to have decent filtering tools, but the best tools in the world would be worthless if they don't tag the books decently.
