I am getting beyond frustrated. When it comes to shipping they state that members get 2-3 fast shipping. Not really. You get an e-mail saying that your order shipped (after waiting a coupe days) and provided the tracking number but the order always sits there for another 2 days then it finally ships after their supposed ship date and takes 2-3 days. I have compensated and learned to deal with that and if I desperately need something I order from Amazon with my trrue 2 day shipping. (I would go to the B&N store but since they recently made our store mainly over-priced games and cut their book selection by about 60% that isn't a great option anymore)
Also you can not get a real answer from customer service. I have a book that has been backordered for 3 months!! I pre-ordered it the day it was avaialble, received an e-mail the day it was supposed to be shipped it got backordered, have been told twice now that it was shipping only to find out later that nope, sorry it really didn't and still no one can tell me if they are ever going to actually get this book! Just that it is still on back order!! I am just so frustrated that I can't get a clear answer and just know that in another 2 weeks I will be making another call to B&N to check status on my order and will probably get the same answer.
Added to it that when I calll customer service they ask me the order number and then ask me which book I am inquiring on (it was a 2 book order). Um, the one that is still "Processing'! Then I give them the title and they ask me about the other book on the order I got last year!! (This has happened about 4 of the 7 or 8 times I have called on the order) Well we will see what happens but in the mean time I am hoping that their customer service improves to what it used to be a couple years ago and maybe one of these days I will find out when or even if I will ever get my book (and then hope that information is accurate).

Maybe the publisher delayed the relase, or didn't print enough, or one of their shipments was delayed by the storms out west, or was lost in said storm.
What book was it?
