As some of you know, I love noir and crime novels. I have read quite a few of the Hard case crime series, and my wife and I have been collecting all the titles we could get our hands on. I have also grabbed the dashiell hammet library, raymond chandlers as well, and had come within six titles of having all of the HCC collection (minus anything after THE CUTIE)...well we were burgled, and its gone...they took the whole shelf full...why? unless these theives read books, i have no idea. I hadn't even gotten the chance to read all of them yet, which is what bugs me the most.
So apparently crime has hit my crime collection, and now the rebuilding begins...
