Obama's position on gay marriage has lately been in the news, which usually covers party politics and state resolutions like the one North Carolina, vis-a-vis same sex marraige. But is there a cost to same-sex marriage? I googled and found a few reports, but nothing substantial. It seemed kind of like the education nightmare I recently addressed in the classics board in "This Side of Paradise" and that is, you should be able to assign a dollar amount (i.e. salary earnings) to a grade-point average or a grade you recieve in school. There might be real costs to grades or same-sex marraiges that people are concerned about, but go unmentioned- but it's kind of a taboo subject. Chad
