Just in case anyone might be interested, Amazon.com's KDP ebook sales Reporting for UK/Europe has been down since September 2, 2012. No sales in those regions are being reported. No explanation has been provided.
I have noted a continuing decline in Amazon.com's willingness to support the KDP associated services, and I expect this trend to continue.
As far as I can tell, this is not the case with Barnes and Noble. Good!

Correction- I should have posted that Amazon.com UK/world sales reporting stopped September 1, 2012, not on the 2nd. As of September 7th no explanation from Amazon.com, and no sales reporting. It is reported that sales are being made, but simply are not being reported. Below is the cover of my best selling ebook in the UK, zero sales reported so far this month.
