Madonna, Oprah, Cher and Lindsay…evidently

Lindsay Lohan is suing E-Trade for using her name and likeness in one of those creepy baby-talking commercials, even though the milk-a-holic “whore-baby” (credit to Dealbreaker) is only identified as Lindsay in the commercial. 

Lohan’s attorney, Stephanie Ovadia, claims that Lohan has the same single-name recognition as Madonna or Oprah.  Ovadia stated, “Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit.” 

Lohan is suing for $50 million in exemplary damages and $50 million in compensatory damages.

Nusance suit, she gets mocked alot. Why now etrade verses all the other comedy bits at her expense?

I'm guessing she has to have some form of revenue and since the acting gig has dried up she's resorted to this. Pretty sad.

When I first heard about this I thought it was a really bad joke, then I realized it wasn't.  Lindsay needs to get a life.  I've seen that commericail many times and not once did I think of Lindsay Lohan.  I hope she is able to get her stuff together soon so she can stop wasting our time with this nonsense.
