Thank you John and Maggie for your advice. I bought the 'Joy cookbook' thanks to the fact it was featured here on the B&N board and thanks to the discussion that was going on here at the beginning. I do not regret it. I would appreciate many more enthusiastic foodies sharing their experiences, but they are probably busy in their kitchens right now ;-) Perhaps after the New Year all those who got it as a Christmas present will come here to share.
