Hi Everyone -- Welcome to our conversation about Everything I Know about Being a Girl I Learned from Judy Blume, a new collection of essays that brings a long-overdue tribute to the legacy of one of most influential writers of our time.
We'll be joined not only by editor Jennifer O'Connell, but by many of the talented writers who contributed to this fabulous collection. This is our chance to talk about how and why Judy Blume's books made such an impact, to tell our own stories about growing up as readers, and discuss how we can pass on her work -- and other great writing for young people -- to a new generation.
And it's also a chance to relive some of the insights, laughs, and tears that Judy Blume's unique stories have given us. The conversation starts right here on Monday, August 6 -- I hope you'll join us.
