Frank Herbert's Dune is my favorite book of all time, and it's one that I re-read every few years or so. Since getting a Nook, I've thought about purchasing the ebook despite already owning a nice trade paperback version. What made me hesitate was the ridiculous price the publisher demanded, and after looking at reviews for the Kindle version, I was glad I waited. Apparently, the Kindle ebook is full of typos that Penguin has yet to correct, and that's quite simply a deal-breaker. I'm curious to know if the Nook version suffers from the same problems or if, since it was formatted separately from the Kindle edition, it is relatively problem-free.
Thanks!

I have no specific knowledge, but one certainly might suspect that if the publisher took no care at all with the Kindle version they would be unlikely to be any more conscientious with the Nook release.
