Rides a dread legion by Raymond feist

since his books never seem to be singled out for a book clube I would like to start one within the fantasy board regarding his newest book "Rides a dread legion". I would like you opinion on the book as a whole and what your faviorite character is that is new to this book.

Re: Rides a dread legion by Raymond feist

I read Rides a Dread Legion and the event that really stuck in my mind was the ending. I really was not expecting something that dramatic and am looking foward to the next book to see how things pan out. As for favorite characters it would still have to be the familiar Pug and Tomas that we all know and love. Borric and Erland would be a few others even though they really didnt have a role in Ride a Dread Legion.

I've read a lot of Raymond E Feists books (Riftwar, Serpentwar, Conclave of Shadows, Darkwar, etc...) and one things I've never seen is a book that details the Nighthawks. These guys are like roaches, no matter how often you kill them they keep coming back. There must be someone who is keeping the organization alive, I hope that someday Feist will write a book that is all about them. :smileyhappy:
