The first is a sketch of her Poem Hope Floats

Here, once again is the beautiful poem that she wrote to go with this poem.

Hope Floats

.

Floating amongs the glassy sea,

Reflecting the clouds and drifting ships,

Hope looks for ones in need,

Ones like you and me.

.

Floating upon the rising swell,

She looks for you and me,

I hide behind the waves,

Afraid to see, to hope, to open up.

.

When the water rolls on,

And I stand there alone,

She is still there,

Hope is floating beside me.

.

She warms the chilly air,

She fills the darkest voids,

She has found you,

And now me.

.

Together as new friends,

We can share,

We can dream,

We can hope,

Together we keep each other afloat,

As we wave off hope,

Watching her give as she floats.

Thank you Deb for getting the Dragon up.,.. I got called away after the first one was up and posted.  I just love the wings on the critter.

Yaaaay! Hee hee thank you. I just started another storm dragon but its a seen where he will be comanding the black lightning. Need one for my book anyway. But I will come out so you can see more wings. Glad you guys like.

Mornin'!  Muse, like Deb, I am sorry about your disappearing snow.  KY had a beautiful skiff yesterday morning; it, too, melted quickly, but no rain and no mud.

After doing more web searches and talking with other theatre friends, it looks as if I'm going to be doing a wire frame and paper mache turkey project after all.  Everyone says that IS the way to get the most realistic looking prop for stage. The side hidden from the audience will have a concave space in which we will hide a roasted chicken which will be hacked at by a character (me!) during the play.

Great day, all!  (Somebody really needs to tell me how to insert graphics--No, that's wrong--I really need someone to tell me how to insert graphics.)
