I have the 7th Diana Gabaldon book started but can't seem to keep moving.  I loved all of the other ones but so far I keep putting this one down to read other things, usually library books with due dates.  i think I do better with due dates because it keeps me focused!

I have read the first, second and forth books of the Outlander series. I did not intentionally skip book 3. When I was younger I bought the 4th book because I liked the cover. I know, don't judge a book by its cover. My defense is that I was a young teen at that time. I loved the book and before I was half way through I noticed I had been missing some background information on many of the characters. That is when I read the covers and saw it was a series. Well this past year I finally got around to reading the first 2 and have the 3rd on but am waiting for a good time to read it. I have school and a demanding family that makes reading long books difficult.

The Outlander series isn't a series I had thought about.  I'll have to look into it.  Thanks for mentioning it.  I've another bunch of books added to my pile, now.

I read "The Time Traveler's Wife" a while back.  I also thought it was good.

I loved The Deep End Of The Ocean and No Time To Wave Goodbye. I was always hoping to find out what happened to the Cappadora family. I was thrilled to hear there was a sequel. I really enjoyed it. I hope you do too Carolyn.

Debbie - I read Truly, Madly over the weekend and it is wonderful.  I'm glad that there are sequels but bummed to have to wait for them.  How is The Perfect Murder?

Right now I am reading a book called Christmas Spirit by Amy Garvey and enjoying it quite a lot.  After that I will read Kindred in Death by J.D. Robb.  I just picked it up from the library.  I love this series, too.

Hi Sheri, I loved Kindred in Death it's one of her best. I'm really liking Perfect Murder even though I just started. I've been reading all the posts about Truly Madly and I'm excited to be starting it next.

"Kindred" wasn't one of my favorites. I'm not sure I would put it in my top 10. But, then again, that's one of the things that makes ID so great. (I think "Creation" is my favorite, if I had to name just one.)
