Hello!  I'm a bassoon teacher and performer in Grand Rapids, MI, where I live with my husband, son (7) and daughter (3), and our dog, Willie (10 months).  I love music (obviously), books, movies, TV and writing.  This is my first First Look and I'm really excited share in this experience with so many others from all over the country.

By the way, my son is in second grade and has been labeled gifted & talented - we're looking for things to do with him, so if anyone has any suggestions for a G&T family, send them my way.

Hi, I'm Marcílio, a Brazilian literature and English language professor. I had been absent from First Look Book Clubs for a short period of time but now I'm back. I'm from Brazil, male (most of people here thought I was a woman LOL), married, no children. I love reading, making origamis and everything related to arts in general which I appreciate a lot. I think this is my 8th or 9th FL. This is a wonderful group for discussions.
