Welcome and Introductions

Welcome all!

Please introduce yourself to the group.

I'm Paul and live north of NYC with my family. I love to sail and read and not necessarily in that order. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Re: Welcome and Introductions

My name is Amy. I am a library worker and book blogger. I have participated in several First Look selections and they just keep getting better and better.  If this one is as good as POSTMISTRESS, we will be very lucky indeed! Can't wait!!!

Re: Welcome and Introductions

Hello to all,

My name is Aine and I live in Reading, PA. Books are my second favorite hobby, "sticks and string" being my first; I have learned how to do both at the same time. Should I be concerned that I may have developed an addiction to the First Look book club? Seriously!

Again, thanks to all who "run the show"....

Re: Welcome and Introductions

Hi gang I'm Debbie from a small town in Missouri near St. Louis.

I'm a book addict and have had the pleasure of participating in all of the previous First Looks. So for those of you new to this forum, you're in for the time of your life.

Re: Welcome and Introductions

Hi There-

I hope I will be successful in participating in this "First Look"; I just signed up.  This would be my first time participating in First Look.  Although I have monitored the site in the last couple years and frequently use the forums to decide what next book I will buy.  I live in Northern VA and am a member of a ladies book club as well as starting to participate in this on line forum.  So far, I am really liking the experience.

Happy Reading!

Re: Welcome and Introductions

Hi everyone! My name is Donna and I have been involved with FL since the beginning. Each book seems to bring a new way to stretch, and this new one seems to fit right in. I am an avid reader and live with my husband, Mike, and our dog, Oscar, in Western MA. I look forward to meeting everyone and discussing the book.  :smileywink:

Thanks for the welcome.  I just watched the author's video and now am even more interested in reading his work.

Re: Welcome and Introductions

Hello everyone.  I'm Ebony from North St. Louis County, MO.  I'm so glad another First-Look is starting.  I've been waiting for the discussion in the Sneak-Peek Club and in the meantime reading a book I won from goodreads, Black Rain.

I'm NOT happy unless I'm reading a book :womanhappy:

Hope I get confirmed so I can be with my online book friends.

Meme 1-

Go to the envelope icon under where you signed in; click that and then click compose new message.  Hope that helps.

Re: Welcome and Introductions

Hi Meme  :smileyhappy:  Are you signed in for the book clubs? You should see a box with your name, etc., under "Gift Cards." If you are, click on the envelope and create a new message from there. If not, sign in here first.  :smileyhappy:

Thanks.  I was signed in but clicking on the envelope did the trick.  Book sounds super.
