I can't think of anyone for Nora. I think for her, it needs to be someone new.
For Patch, I imagine Steven Straight, or Daren Kagasoff. I'd be okay with them finding a fresh face for him to though.
Its been a year since I read Hush,Hush..and still can't pick out who should play who..But I always thought is it Rory or Kieran Culkin that should be in the movie.Not as Patch but could be Elliot.,and then there is The Coach..Crescendo ,can't wait to read it.. This is absurd, Are they really making a movie after the novel Hush Hush? If so I would really love to know the motion picture producing this. I mean do not get me wrong, I absolutely loved the book. But, these Actors and Actresses members are picking are all wrong. Come on now Taylor as in Jacob from Twlight!? Really, we all saw how he butchered his part and, Dekota Fanning... enough said.

such good actors, Lauren has an innocence to her, and we already know (if you watched 10 things i hate about you on ABC Family) that Ethan peck can definitely fit the bad boy characteristics =]
I totally have to agree with you on Taylor Lautner and Dakota Fanning. They might just have to et somebody else to play the angle version of Patch. But he other version would be really good with either Taylor Lautner or Alex Meraz.
