The third Stookie Stackhouse book. A fun vampire read.

Club Dead (Sookie Stackhouse / Southern Vampire Series #3)

Under this Unbroken Sky. Good book so far. Look for it on the First Look board.

When I saw you're reading Monster, it put a huge smile on my face! I've always loved Christopher Pike. He never disappoints. Maybe I'll have to dig in my collection and reread some of my favorites from him. Thanks for the idea! :smileyhappy:

:smileyvery-happy: I looooved Christopher Pike too. I totally just got my mom to dig up all my old CP books from home and bring them to me. We should have a Pike read-along. haha

Glad you like this, we read this two books ago at First Look, see another good reason to be here!! Sam was one of my favorites too. I always like it when the nerdy bookish guy gets the girl.

I am currently reading:

Floodgates

It's by one of my favorite mystery authors, and published by this little company in Arizona called Poisoned Pen Press, they turn out some incredible books.

Great read.

And after I finish that I'll be reading:

Dark and Deadly

For the August read of the B&N mystery book club. She's a new author to me so I can't wait to get reading.

Re: What Book are you reading now?

I just finished:

Julie and Julia

Great chic-lit even for someone like me who doesn't cook! Drops the F-bomb quite a bit, so if you're listening to an audio book make sure the kids aren't in the car (had a friend this happened to).

I'm now reading:

The Story of Edgar Sawtelle

FANTASTIC so far. This was a gift because it's very dog-centered (and so am I). I'm 3/4 of the way through it.

Note: I heard Neverwhere is supposed to be a great book!

Cricket:

I read both of those books.  Loved them!  I'm currently reading:

Confessions of a Jane Austen Addict

This is really good so far.
