Sounds like you should try it again. When you're sending a Private Message it should say "Send Message".

Look for the little envelope at the top of your screen to turn yellow. It can take a number of days!

When we have no more ARCs for the group, you'll see a big announcement that registration is closed.

Firstly, I've tried looking but haven't been able to find anything specifying - can international residents enter? I live in Australia. If not, that's totally fine!

Second, I tried clicking on "New Message" but whenever I put my mouse over it I get a black circle with a diagonal cross through so I can't click on anything. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Yes, international readers are welcome in the club! It may take a few extra days to get your copy.

About the error message--check on the security settings to see if your pc will allow pop ups. The PM box that opens for you to type in your registration information is a pop up window, so you need to be able to get those.
