Great goodbye chapter, so true to life.  My nephew just moved 1000 miles away and it's hard for the adults to let them go.

I liked that Emily's father came to the college too and that Amy and he were able to get along with each other, for Emily's sake.  It's hard to go away from your family when you have been close to them for so long.
