Katherine,
I hope that ocassionally you stumble across this board and check to see if any has left a comment or question.
I just wrote Time an email to let them know how disappointed I was not to see TPBODD included in their list of summer must reads! (COPY Below).
Thank you again for letting us partake in your debut!
Claudia
I was sorely disappointed that the debut novel of Katherine Howe, The Physick Book of Deliverance Dane, was not included on your list of summer must be read books. This is a book of historical fiction blended seamlessly with history - a book that simply can't be put down! Without a doubt, it is one of the most well written books that I have had the pleasure to read in quite some time. This book is destined to be the best seller of the summer, on the top of every one's reading list for the year and is bound to make Katherine Howe one of the best selling, most well known author's of the decade.
Please take a look at the reviews on Barnes & Nobles site, the book's site, and at reviews that other publications, such as Booklist and USA Today, have included in their summer must read lists. I think you will agree that you have missed a simply irresistible novel!
Sincerely,
Claudia L. Henderson
