Hi! My name is Beth! I'm from MN, where you always need a good book to snuggle up with!

My sister Laura turned me on to First Look Book Club and I am excited to be a new member and hope I signed up in time!

I have 4 kids 23, 20, 17, and 8 months(yep he was a surprise)!!!  Only 2 at home (both boys) and I used to be a avid reader and I am going to make time for reading again.

Looks like a very interesting book, can't wait to start!

Re: Welcome and Introductions

Hello, I'm Linda from Kansas City. I've enjoyed participating in several First Look discussions. The Postmistress sounds like it will be another good discussion. I'm intrigued by the title since I used to work in the mailing industry. I'm curious to find out what that is about.

Re: Welcome and Introductions

Hi! I'm Stephanie, 34 years old, living in NJ. This will be my 3rd First Look if I get it. The other 2 were Deliverance Dane & Bees & Mist. This one sounds like something I normally wouldn't pick up on my own, but I'm in the mood to venture out of my comfort zone & make new discoveries!

I see the layout of the forums have changed some since I was here for Bees & Mist. It feels like returning to a place I know & finding it all redecorated, LOL

I like the redecorating analogy!  It took me a bit to find the envelope, but I finally did!  sheesh

Re: Welcome and Introductions

This book sounds like a wonderful read.  I am definitely in the mood for a romantic novel.  Since I was an infant near the end of the war, I would love to read about that time frame.

The selections by Barnes & Noble book club staff are certainly varied and well done.  I did have difficulty posting during the last book, and hopefully, the site will allow me to post more often this time around.
