Re: Welcome and Introductions

I agree with you DSaff,  I have gotten so much more out of the FL books than I would have reading them on my own (if I would have read them to begin with).  Participating in this group has made me a more thoughtful and observant reader, even with books I'm not discussing as part of a book club.  Thanks to all our members for broadening my horizons :smileyhappy:

I love these clubs too, Donna. They enable us to meet people from all over and exchange ideas and thoughts. I love finding more treasures in a book because my friends here point them out.  :smileyhappy:

I've never done one of these before, but the book sounds interesting, so I thought I'd give it a try.

I'm getting married this weekend. Probably won't get the book in time to read on our honeymoon. :smileysad: Oh well!!!!

Re: Welcome and Introductions

Hi..I'm Donna from Atlanta. I enjoy reading a wide variety of book genres. I have read a few of the First Look books and they have been great picks! Having just recently read Snow Angels by James Thompson- a Finnish crime/detective novel - I am definitely in the mood for a similar type of read.

Hi everyone!  I am trying to stay warm in WI and hoping the snow will hold out for a little bit longer.

This is my first time learning about The First Look Book Club.  I am very intrigued and looking forward to being apart of this group.  I hope I make the cut!  "Three Seconds" sounds like a great read.

Hi, I just got my confirmation and I am excited.

My name is LaToya and this will be my third First Look. I'm currently participating in the Vixen discussion and am enjoying it. I live in Oregon and I got my friend to sign up so hopefully she gets confirmed too.
