Although this is my third FL book, I have never understood how to best navigate this site.  I truly appreciate these suggestions from others who understand how to better use this site.  I'm still trying to figure out how to add a happy face.  I really am not computer illiterate.
Thanks for your insights.

Yippee!  My book arrived yesterday.  I am going to sit down with a hot cup of tea tomorrow and dive in - - to the book, not the tea!

Re: Welcome and Introductions

Hi Everyone,

I am Claudia, a 7th grade literature teacher from Cedartown, GA (we are located in the northwest corner of the state ~ 60 some odd miles from Atlanta).  I have only missed out on 2 First Look Books and I am thrilled to be back in the game after numerous computer problems during Bees and Mist that kept me from posting : ( !!!!  Let me sing a chorus of the Hallelujah Chorus that my old faithful is back up and running liike a charm now!!  I got my book on Thursday and am really looking forward to reading and discussing it before I head back to the classroom in Mid-August.  My daughter is also on board (Dleigh); I think this getting to be more and more of a family affair!!

Re: Welcome and Introductions

Hi Everyone,

I'm Gail from Philly. I just got my book and I'm anxious to get started. The last one "Of Bees and Mist" was a great read. I noticed someone mentioned "Prayers for Sale." I read that recently and liked it very much.

Re: Welcome and Introductions

Thank you Paul, I got my confirmed on July 6, and I am sorry that I didn't thank you sooner.   Since now that I am taking some college class I just haven't taken the time to email you.  Just know that I really do love  BN First Look Club.  Because it gives me a chance to read book that I would have missed reading on my own.  Please let the powers that be know that we all love this chance that they have given us to read the books before they go on sale.

Positively,

Gail Marie

Re: Welcome and Introductions

Hi Claudia,

I am also looking forward to starting the book and discussing it with everyone.  I did a book club last year and my daughter was in it too and we had a good time going back and forth.  See you in a couple of weeks.
